1. Cut your veggies! I cut a tomato and scooped out the guts/seeds so the pizza doesn’t collect pools of liquid -.-. Sliced pickled hot peppers and a green bellpepper, and 1/4 of a small onlion.
  2. I coated my 7” crust in olive oil. Turned my oven to 450 degrees.
  3. 1/5 tablespoons of pizza sauce and lightly cover the sauce with mozzarella cheese. I’m not too heavy with these ingredients because I don’t want my (overloaded) pizza toppings to be slipping and sliding around when I’m pigging out.
  4. I added my onions and bell peppers first, then I cover it lightly with more mozzarella. Then I put my pickled peppers over that. And top it with my tomato slices. I put Parmesan cheese on the tomatoes to absorb any excess moisture from the tomato. I REALLY DON’T LIKE IT WHEN TOMATO JUICE IS ALL OVER MY PIZZA >:(
  5. Put the pizza in the oven and turn the heat down to 425. The pizza should finish cooking between 10-15 minutes, maybe even 7 minutes if you didn’t heavily top your pizza like I do :)
