Seems like I’m always making Asian food, I just love simple meals.

Have any veggies in the fridge that you just can’t seem to think of what to throw together? Cook some ground meat in water [not oil] wait until the meat is semi cooked and releasing its oil and drain out the water and continue to cook thoroughly. Then throw your veggies, be creative [dont forget the onions and garlic!]! Grab veggies that have been lonely in the back of the bottom drawer and chop them up.

Add salt,pepper, and soy sauce and stir. Wait until veggies are cooked then take the filling onto a strainer so the liquid drains out. Fill your spring roll wrapper with filling and wrap.

You can eat them like this [ I sneaked 3 of these, shoved them so fast into my mouth] or fry them, which in my case I will fry the ones I didn’t devour later.
